Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a HVAC Mobile Engineer to service commercial facilities in the Centennial, Colorado area. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure continuous operation.

The role requires EPA Universal certification, physical ability to handle heavy loads, and the willingness to travel between sites as needed. This position is based in the Centennial, CO region and offers on-site work within the healthcare

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of experience/education.
• Strong ability to read blueprints or schematics is a plus.
• EPA Universal certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems.
• Provide preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical and HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best action for modifications.
• Complete maintenance and repair records as required.
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily duties.
• Share knowledge and coach others on HVAC systems and related disciplines.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards.
