Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a MobileHVAC Engineer to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems across multiple facilities. You will support preventive maintenance, repairs, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead by example, share HVAC knowledge, and ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and CBRE RISE values while coordinating with related teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, ensuring code and safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine actions for modifications.
• Perform assigned repairs and maintain maintenance records.
• Operate company vehicles in daily work responsibilities.
• Explain complex information to team members and clients clearly.
• Coach others and share in-depth HVAC knowledge.
