As a CBRE Mobile Engineer, you will oversee preventive maintenance and corrective repairs for buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function and requires compliance

Qualifications

• Maintains and repairs building and industrial systems.
• Ensures compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Oversees preventive maintenance programs and repairs.
• Operates company vehicles for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and repairs for mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time/materials to complete repairs; manage supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and handle emergencies.
• Inspect building and industrial systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for design compliance.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and company safety directives.
• Share knowledge across multiple areas and mentor others to raise team capability.
