Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a skilled Controls Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning of building control systems. You will interface with customers on-site, troubleshoot complex HVAC control issues, and mentor junior technicians.

A strong safety mindset and documented service are essential. Responsibilities include field assessments, proposing retrofits, coordinating with project teams, and delivering documentation and training to customers

Qualifications

• Two years of Commercial Controls troubleshooting experience in HVAC.
• Ability to install/service electronic control systems and HVAC equipment.
• Strong communication and writing skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex control system malfunctions.
• Provide field proposals for retrofits and enhancements.
• Coordinate with project team and customers to ensure satisfaction.
