Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.

Responsibilities

• Perform all plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements.
• Maintain heating equipment and cooling systems.
• Monitor Energy Management and perform corrective maintenance.
