Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an HVAC Building Technician (Mobile) in San Antonio to maintain and operate mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across properties. The role includes rounds, preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance to ensure a clean, safe environment for occupants.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of related experience, strong HVAC knowledge, and the ability to travel between properties. A valid driver’s license and EPA certification are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED; apprentice program preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience operating mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in commercial properties.
• Appropriate trade license/permit may be required (Journeyman/Master Electrician; Refrigeration Certificate of Fitness, etc.).
• EPA Universal Qualification and ability to operate energy management systems are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical and HVAC maintenance for building(s).
• Maintain heating equipment, chillers, DX units, pumps, fans, and VAV systems.
• Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance per standards and guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and document activities for supervision.
