Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in assigned facilities in Port St. Lucie/West Palm Beach, FL.

You will minimize downtime, perform preventive and repair work orders, and support building operations. The role requires at least four years of building engineering experience, Universal CFC recovery certification, a valid driver's license, ability to lift 80 lbs, and willingness to participate

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of technical building engineering experience.
• Universal CFC recovery certification required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Perform preventive and repair work orders.
• Maintain, operate, and repair building systems and equipment.
• Conduct inspections and due diligence reporting conditions.
• Respond to emergencies and support after-hours activities.
• Prepare management summary reports and recommendations.
