Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on fire doors and life safety systems.
• Conduct inspections, operational testing, visual assessments, and label verification.
• Specialize in inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of fire and life safety doors per NFPA 80.
• Document inspections, repairs, and compliance activities using Excel.
• Oversee and execute maintenance for life safety and control systems as assigned.
