Job summary

You will support preventive maintenance programs and respond to repairs to keep facilities operating at client standards. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with 4–5 years of related experience; Universal CFC certification is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and control systems.

• Assist with implementing preventive maintenance to meet designed life.
• Follow safety policies for hazardous materials storage and handling.
• Review building systems to ensure operational conditions meet client specifications.
