Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer to maintain twelve healthcare facilities in San Bernardino, CA, ensuring reliable operation of building systems.

You will travel between sites in a company-provided vehicle, perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and control systems, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards. This is a first-shift, on-site role requiring strong technical knowledge and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of job-related maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver’s license required and clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and preventive maintenance across twelve medical office buildings.
• Repair and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, life safety, and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety policies.
