Responsibilities

• Ride daily with Mobile police to locate and engage individuals and encampments.
• Provide crisis de-escalation and initial behavioral health assessment in the field.
• Assist individuals to obtain foundational documents and access public benefits.
• Document encampment engagement and outcomes to support program reporting.
• Coordinate with partners and housing programs to move clients toward housing and services.
