Responsibilities

• Responds to crisis calls in a timely manner.
• Provides services in the community, consumer’s homes, etc.
• Travels to consumer’s homes to ensure medication compliance as needed.
• Documents in a timely fashion per Alta Pointe policy.
• Documents appropriate, complete, and comprehensive assessments.
