Job summary

Hireology is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time home health role in the Greater North Austin area. You will perform PTA tasks under the supervision of a PT, travel to patient locations, and support care plans with documentation and coordination with nursing leadership.

Compensation includes $65 per hour, per-visit payments plus mileage and travel time, with a $5,000 retention incentive.

Qualifications

• Current TX state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).

Responsibilities

• Provide select physical therapy treatments per physician orders and plan of care under supervision of the PT.
• Report to DON or RN supervisor and coordinate care while on the road.
• Maintain documentation and use electronic medical records when applicable.
