Job summary

Hireology is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time home health role in the Greater North Austin area. You will perform PTA tasks under the supervision of a PT, travel to patient locations, and support care plans with documentation and coordination with nursing leadership.

Compensation includes $65 per hour, per-visit payments plus mileage and travel time, with a $5,000 retention incentive.

• Provide select physical therapy treatments per physician orders and plan of care under supervision of the PT.

Job Description:

We are looking for caring, enthusiastic, and passionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the Greater North Austin area to join our team. The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is employed by the agency and is responsible for providing select physical therapy treatment services. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care (POC) under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist (PT). The PTA will also report to and be supervised by the agency’s Director of Nursing (DON) or RN supervisor.
