Job summary

Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management seeks a Mobile Home Community Manager to oversee daily operations, drive financial performance, and ensure resident satisfaction. You will manage rent collection, leases, maintenance coordination, and home sales within a growing portfolio.

The role requires experience in community management, strong communication skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws. A valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience managing a mobile home community or similar property.
• Advanced understanding of Fair Housing laws and state property management regulations.
• Proficiency with property management software; Rent Manager Software experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the mobile home community including rent collection and payments.
• Prepare deposits, reconcile resident accounts and generate financial reports.
• Enforce lease agreements and oversee eviction procedures as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors.
• Facilitate home sales, show homes and negotiate terms.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain a welcoming community environment.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Fair Housing Act and local housing laws.
