Job summary

Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management seeks a Mobile Home Community Manager to oversee daily operations, drive financial performance, ensure resident satisfaction, and enforce policies. You will manage rent collection, coordinate maintenance, and facilitate home sales within the community.

The role requires knowledge of Fair Housing laws, experience in property management, and strong communication and sales skills. A valid driver's license is required and a background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience managing a mobile home community or similar property.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and state property regulations.
• Proficiency with Rent Manager software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rent collection, delinquency management and financial reporting.
• Coordinate maintenance and work with vendors and contractors.
• Enforce lease agreements and handle evictions as needed.
• Promote occupancy and market homes to prospective residents.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Fair Housing Act and housing laws.
