Job summary

Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management is seeking a Mobile Home Community Maintenance Technician to service and repair homes, common areas, and facilities within the community. The role includes responding to resident requests, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring safety and functionality.

Compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour with a part-time schedule of 20–28 hours per week. Benefits include a 401(k) plan, work/life balance, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of general maintenance experience.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability for maintenance emergencies.
• On-call for emergency maintenance as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean background.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mobile homes, community buildings, and common areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general property upkeep issues.
• Inspect and maintain community infrastructure, including roads, lighting, and utility connections.
• Conduct seasonal maintenance such as winterizing homes and maintaining irrigation systems.
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Repair home exteriors and interiors, including roofing, doors, windows, and fixtures.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas and grounds; manage trash disposal.
