Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and document speech-language pathology treatment and progress.
• Supervise CFYs, students, and support personnel per licensure requirements.
• Coordinate with rehab team and physicians to optimize therapy plans.
• Order supplies, monitor equipment, and maintain safety in the home setting.
• Deliver therapy across cognitive-communication, swallowing, memory, and functional communication domains.
