Job summary

Amrize, a leading supplier of quality construction materials, has an immediate opening for a Mobile Mechanic at the Millville Quarry in Millville, WV. You will maintain and repair heavy mobile equipment used to extract, transport, and move aggregate materials.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems, and the ability to read manuals and schematics. CDL is a plus, welding skills are helpful, and safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of heavy equipment maintenance experience.
• CDL preferred; ability to read manuals and schematics; welding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on heavy mobile equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic issues using diagnostic tools.
• Respond to breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
• Perform welding and light fabrication as needed.
• Maintain maintenance records and safety compliance.
