Torque by Ryder is actively seeking a Permanent Full-Time Experienced Mobile Automotive and Diesel Technician to support our Truck Fleet in Indianapolis, IN. The role offers a weekly pay schedule, a $36.00 hourly wage based on experience, and a $2000 retention bonus paid quarterly within the first year.

Flex 40-hour work week with weekend premiums, fuel card and company cell phone provided, and a mobile service truck for mobile technicians.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or Technical Certification Post Secondary degree or Technical Certifications, preferred.
• Basic tools, required.
• Four+ years experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines preferred.
• CDL Class A preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Make decisions on vehicle diagnostics and repair.
• Perform preventive maintenance and complex repairs with minimal support.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems using diagnostic tools.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers/drivers and manage preventative maintenance estimates.
• Maintain documentation and repair orders.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain professional relationships.
