Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Building Engineer in Denver to maintain the operational integrity of our Healthcare portfolio.

You will travel between sites, perform preventive maintenance, and address mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life-safety systems to keep clinical environments safe and compliant. You will be responsible for documenting work, managing inventories, and coordinating with a team to meet regulatory requirements while supporting patient-focused facilities across

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of building operations or facility maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and life-safety systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and maintain a portfolio of sites across Lakewood, Arvada, Golden, and Westminster.
• Provide primary maintenance support for a large medical campus in Lakewood (3–4 days per week).
• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, structural, and life safety systems.
• Execute routine preventive maintenance programs to ensure systems meet lifecycle targets.
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues including filters, coils, and climate control adjustments.
• Manage electrical repairs such as outages and fixture replacements.
• Address plumbing needs including leaks and fixture replacements.
• Complete general facility repairs including drywall patching and painting.
• Conduct monthly generator testing for regulatory compliance.
• Maintain documentation for code compliance, inspections and work orders.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and manage inventory.
