Job summary

CBRE seeks a Mobile Engineer to oversee maintenance across twelve healthcare facilities in San Bernardino, CA. You’ll manage general and preventative work on mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, life-safety and control systems.

Travel between sites in a company vehicle is required. Maintain CMMS work orders, ensure compliance with codes and safety policies, and document activities. A valid license and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of job-related maintenance experience.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life-safety knowledge.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive between sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and preventative maintenance across twelve medical office buildings.
• Repair and maintain critical building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, life safety, and controls.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain CMMS work orders and inventory.
• Perform drywall repair, painting, and light bulb replacement.
• Travel between facilities using company-provided vehicle.
• Adhere to safety policies and company directives.
