Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer to oversee maintenance across twelve healthcare facilities in San Bernardino, CA. You will manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and other building systems, ensuring safety, compliance, and optimal operation.

The role supports a Monday–Friday first shift with travel between sites in a company vehicle; eligible candidates will have 3+ years of facility maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and strong knowledge of standard office software.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of job-related experience.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Must meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, climbing, lift 50 lbs).
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Perform general and preventative maintenance across twelve medical office buildings.
Repair and service critical systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety.
Ensure facilities meet regulatory standards and company policies.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
Manage work orders via CMMS and maintain inventory.
