Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Building Engineer to maintain the operational integrity of our Healthcare portfolio in Denver, CO.

You will manage a diverse range of medical offices and clinics, traveling between eight sites across Lakewood, Arvada, Golden and Westminster. You will perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, life-safety systems, troubleshoot HVAC issues, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of related experience.
Experience in building operations or facility maintenance.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and life safety systems.
Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Organizational skills and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

Travel to and maintain a portfolio of 8 sites across Lakewood, Arvada, Golden and Westminster.
Provide primary maintenance support for a large medical campus in Lakewood.
Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, structural and life-safety systems.
Execute routine preventive maintenance to meet or exceed life cycles.
Troubleshoot HVAC issues and perform related maintenance tasks.
Manage electrical repairs, outages, and fixture replacements.
Address plumbing needs including leaks and fixtures.
Complete general facility repairs including drywall patching and painting.
Conduct monthly generator testing for regulatory compliance.
Maintain documentation for code compliance, inspections, and work orders.
