Job summary

Management Performance Associates is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales by delivering industrial hardware directly to customers across a defined geographic territory. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and face-to-face visits in a mobile-store model.

The candidate must reside within the territory, be able to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving history. Strong independence, tenacity, and goal attainment are essential for success in this

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Outside industrial sales experience is preferred.
Must have a strong tenured background; the ideal candidate has a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

Prospect and sell through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
Continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
