Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Territory Manager to bring our mobile store directly to customers across a defined geography. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and presenting hardware solutions to industries such as transportation, facilities maintenance, aerospace, and manufacturing.

You will manage operations of your mobile store, ensure data integrity in the CRM, and maintain a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent required; outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Job Stability: Strong tenured background with at most 3 companies in 10 years.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational abilities; proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and business apps.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects and make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep the mobile store clean, functional, and report daily sales and calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
