The role focuses on acquisition, engagement, retention, and subscription growth, with hands-on execution across campaigns, content, and AI-enhanced workflows. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to build scalable growth programs, implement measurement and attribution, and accelerate digital revenue while advancing SIG SAUER's digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; 7+ years in digital/growth marketing.
• Experience scaling mobile apps, subscriptions, SaaS or digital products.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled marketing and analytics tools.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategy across acquisition, engagement, retention and subscriptions.
• Manage paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit and more.
• Lead content strategy and social growth with creator programs.
• Implement SEO and AI-driven organic growth initiatives.
• Measure performance via analytics and drive optimization.
