H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager, SMB Accounting to lead the core bookkeeping experience within the Wave/Small Business product suite. You will manage a team of Product Managers and guide strategy into execution, balancing usability, accuracy, and regulatory compliance for small businesses.

Partner with Tax and cross-platform teams to unify workflows, own the mobile accounting roadmap, and drive continuous product discovery with a data-driven approach to meet business goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in small business accounting or tax software is essential.
• Proven mobile product delivery experience in SaaS or financial services.
• Deep SaaS product-building experience across early-stage and scaled environments.
• Identify AI-enabled capabilities to improve customer experience and velocity.
• Strong people leadership, coaching PMs and building teams.
• Define product strategy, requirements, trade-offs, and investments.
• Excellent communication to non-technical audiences and stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with focus on customer value and financial outcomes.

• Define and lead product vision, strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and success metrics.
• Own accounting/bookkeeping product decisions balancing usability, accuracy, and compliance.
• Partner with Tax and cross-platform teams to unify workflows within SMB platform.
• Own and evolve the mobile accounting experience and align with engineering & design.
• Develop a high-performing team using continuous product discovery and SDLC best practices.
• Inspire and influence across functions to secure resources and manage dependencies.
• Craft business cases, analyze financial impacts, and define OKRs.
• Identify AI opportunities to improve productivity and customer value.
