Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Mechanic Technician to deliver high-quality mechanical, diagnostic, programming, calibration, and electrical services at Crash Champions locations and with partners. The role combines mechanical repair with advanced diagnostics and ADAS calibration across field sites.

You will travel daily in a company vehicle, perform a range of services, and ensure documentation meets OEM and MCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years automotive mechanical experience required.
• Complete I-CAR PL3 certification within 90 days of hire; ASE certification scheduled within 90 days.
• Strong knowledge of light to moderate mechanical repair, ADAS, electrical systems, diagnostics, programming, and calibrations.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to assigned service locations in company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, scanning, programming, calibrations, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical repairs.
• Document services per OEM guidelines and MCP processes.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and ensure repair quality.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate findings clearly.
