Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) seeks a Field Technician to perform diagnostic, calibration, and programming services at Crash Champions locations. This mobile role requires daily travel in a company vehicle and strict adherence to OEM guidelines and safety standards.

You will diagnose, calibrate, program, and scan vehicles, document results clearly, and drive to various service sites. Strong ADAS and electrical expertise, plus excellent communication, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS and electrical service including calibrations (levels 1–3).
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment and OEM/service information.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel daily in company-provided vehicle.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
• Document services per OEM guidelines and obtain approvals prior to execution.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service with transparent, timely updates.
• Participate in team meetings and required trainings.
• Care for, maintain, and secure ATE tools and vehicles.
• Stay current on ATE and OEM protocols through training updates.
• Meet productivity and quality goals on schedule.
• Accurately complete final billing per MCP guidelines.
• Work a flexible schedule including Saturdays as needed.
