Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Technician to deliver high-quality diagnostic, programming, and calibration services at Crash Champions locations across the region. This mobile role requires daily travel to customer sites and adherence to OEM standards and safety protocols.

You will perform diagnostics, calibrations (ADAS levels 1–3), wiring repairs, and documentation, while providing clear communication with shops and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.
• Strong working knowledge of ADAS and electrical services, including calibrations (levels 1–3).
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, power probes, and resistors.
• Ability to program vehicle modules using factory or approved non-factory software.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain technical findings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
• Document calibrations per OEM guidelines and obtain approval before execution.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and repair outcomes.
• Maintain tools and vehicles to required standards; participate in meetings and training.
