Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Mechanic Technician to deliver high-quality mechanical, diagnostic, programming, calibration, electrical, and safety services to Crash Champions locations and partners. This mobile role blends hands-on repair with advanced ADAS calibration to support a wide range of vehicles.

Travel daily in a company vehicle, perform inspections, diagnostics, calibrations, and repairs per OEM procedures, and document all work clearly to MCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years automotive mechanical experience required.
• I-CAR PL3 certification within 90 days of hire.
• ASE certification planned within 90 days of hire.
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment and OEM procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to customers.
• Travel daily to service locations in a company vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, scanning, programming, calibrations, electrical work.
• Conduct engine, drivetrain, cooling system inspections per OEM standards.
• Document repairs and billing per MCP guidelines.
• Meet productivity, quality, and compliance standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service and clear communication.
