Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts is seeking a Field Mechanic Technician to deliver high quality mechanical, diagnostic, programming, calibration, electrical, and safety services to Crash Champions locations and partners. This mobile role travels daily in a company vehicle and combines hands-on repair with advanced ADAS work.

You will diagnose, calibrate, and repair systems, perform test drives, document work, and maintain tools and documentation in line with OEM and MCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of automotive mechanical experience.
• I-CAR PL3 certification to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• ASE certification to be scheduled within 90 days of hire.
• Proficient with electrical testing equipment and diagnostics.
• Ability to program vehicle modules and calibrate ADAS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate service at customer sites.
• Travel daily to service locations in company vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, scanning, programming, calibrations, electrical work, and light-to-moderate mechanical repairs.
• Document all work per OEM guidelines and MCP policies.
• Operate safely with EV and HV procedures when trained.
