Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent with three or more years of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic experience in the forklift or equipment repair industry.
• Knowledge of Electrical and Industrial Battery Charger repair is a plus.
• Ability to understand necessary service and training manuals and schematics.
• Effective communication with customers, co-workers and management.

Responsabilités

• Promote an atmosphere of goodwill and accountability between the company and the customer; provide a superior level of customer service.
• Diagnose equipment problems and breakdowns; recommend repairs and actions to resolve performance issues.
• Perform equipment repairs or modifications as needed.
• Carry out scheduled equipment maintenance.
• Document service calls and repairs with paperwork.
• Maintain service van and inventory; keep work area clean and hazard free.
• Cooperate on additional duties as assigned by management.
