Qualifications

• Knowledge of Electrical and Industrial Battery Charger repair is a plus.
• High school Diploma or equivalent with three or more years of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic experience in the forklift or equipment repair industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to understand service manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Promote goodwill and accountability between the company and the customer; provide superior customer service.
• Expertly analyze and diagnose equipment problems and breakdowns; recommend repair actions.
• Make appropriate equipment repairs or modifications.
• Perform scheduled equipment maintenance.
• Document each service call and repair; provide paperwork.
• Maintain service van, equipment and inventory.
• Provide tools required to perform duties.
• Keep work area clean and hazard free.
• Cooperate with management on additional duties.
