Job summary

Tri-Lift Industries, Inc. in Greensboro, NC is seeking skilled field service technicians to join our team serving NC, SC and VA. You will diagnose, repair, and service forklifts and related equipment, and maintain strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repair.
• Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to read service manuals and schematics; safety with tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Promote goodwill and accountability between the company and the customer with superior service.
• Analyze and diagnose equipment problems and breakdowns; recommend repair actions.
• Make and perform required equipment repairs or modifications.
• Perform scheduled equipment maintenance.
• Document service calls and repairs with proper paperwork.
• Maintain service van, inventory and tools.
• Keep work area clean and hazard-free.
• Support additional duties as assigned by management.
