Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a skilled Field Mechanic Technician to perform advanced diagnostics, programming, calibration, and mechanical repairs across Crash Champions locations and partners. You will operate in a mobile role, travel daily in a company vehicle, and deliver high-quality service in fast-paced environments.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of automotive experience, ASE/I-CAR certifications, and proficiency with ADAS systems, electrical diagnostics, and OEM

Qualifications

• 4+ years of automotive mechanical experience.
• I-CAR PL3 certification required within 90 days of hire; ASE certification planned within 90 days.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS systems, diagnostics, programming, and calibrations.
• Ability to perform suspension, brakes, HVAC, dash removal, air bag installation, and post-collision inspections.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate service support to customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, scanning, programming, calibrations, electrical work, and mechanical repairs.
• Conduct engine, drivetrain, cooling system, and post-collision inspections per OEM standards.
• Provide accurate documentation, scan reports, and final billing.
• Meet productivity, quality, and compliance standards.
