Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Mechanic Technician for mobile, field-based work across Crash Champions locations and partners. You will perform mechanical repairs, advanced diagnostics, ADAS calibrations, and programming, with emphasis on OEM procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities include documenting work, conducting test drives, and ensuring high-quality service with strong customer communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years automotive mechanical experience required with an expanded scope.
• I-CAR PL3 certification to be completed within 90 days of hire and ASE planned within 90 days.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS, diagnostics, and calibrations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality mechanical, diagnostic, programming, calibration, and safety services.
• Travel daily to service locations in a company vehicle.
• Perform ADAS diagnostics/calibrations when trained and authorized.
• Document services and complete repair reports per OEM and MCP guidelines.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and outcomes.
