Job summary

CBRE in Frisco, TX is seeking a Mobile Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems, electrical and mechanical equipment, and life-safety doors in accordance with NFPA 80 standards. The role requires a High School Diploma or trade school training with 1–2 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift heavy loads.

You’ll work under supervision and contribute to energy efficiency and safety of facilities.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job-related experience.
Valid Driver’s License required.
Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs or more.
MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
Maintain and repair fire doors and life-safety systems per NFPA 80.
Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Review work orders and estimate time/materials; manage completion.
Support energy management to keep systems efficient.
Inspect installations for code and safety compliance.
Communicate clearly with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
Follow defined procedures under supervision.
