Job summary

CBRE Maintenance Technician role focuses on maintaining small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems while ensuring compliance with NFPA 80 standards.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or trade schooling with 1–2 years of related experience, can lift 50 lbs, and are proficient with MS Office. This on-site position is based in Waco, TX and requires US work authorization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Inspect and service fire doors and life-safety systems per NFPA 80.
• Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and restore operations.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management and ensure building systems run efficiently.
