Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Technician in Dallas, TX to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across medical, lab, and commercial facilities. You will manage daily routes, handle work orders, and ensure building systems operate efficiently.

The role requires hands-on maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building tasks, with emphasis on safety, energy performance, and reliable service delivery. Valid driver’s license and 1–2 years related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years' related experience.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Report to the central facility daily to coordinate with the lead technician and plan routes.
• Perform interior and exterior maintenance, including repairs and touch-ups.
• Maintain plumbing systems: replace fixtures, snake drains, fix leaks.
• Perform light electrical maintenance: troubleshoot circuits, replace ballasts, fixtures.
• Process and estimate time/materials for assigned work orders; track progress.
• Inspect and service mechanical and electrical building equipment.
• Respond quickly to emergency maintenance tickets and safety concerns.
• Inspect installations for code compliance and safety regulations.
