Job summary

CBRE in Dallas is seeking a Mobile Building Engineer to support multiple facilities, performing repairs, preventive maintenance and system checks to keep mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have a High school diploma, 4+ years building maintenance experience, EPA license, valid driver’s license, and be comfortable with travel within the Dallas area. CBRE offers strong benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of four years’ proven building engineer experience.
• Universal EPA license required.
• Mobile maintenance experience highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and manage supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and ensure reliability.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety policies.
• Operate company vehicles and provide innovative, practical solutions.
