Job summary

CBRE Mobile Engineer role in the Atlanta area focuses on facility maintenance for retail sites. You will manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general repairs, with a company vehicle and tools provided.

Responsibilities include coordinating repairs, inspecting systems, managing timelines, and ensuring safety compliance. Requires 4–5 years’ experience, CFC certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma required.
• 4-5 years of job-related maintenance experience preferred.
• Universal CFC certification and valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural and control systems.
• Review inspections of HVAC, plumbing and electrical to ensure equipment meets design specs.
• Provide estimated time of completion and materials needed for repairs.
• Maintain truck stock inventory and tools.
• Perform preventive maintenance and oversee emergency repairs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations and safety policies.
• Operate company vehicles to execute daily tasks.
• Apply standard principles to complex assignments and provide solutions.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
