Qualifications

• Experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret building codes and safety regulations.
• Comfort with extensive travel across Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Complies with codes, regulations, and safety directives for building operations.
• Inspects building systems including HVAC/R, plumbing, and fire alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Oversees and inspects work performed by outside contractors.
• Performs repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Maintains maintenance records and reviews work orders.
• Estimates materials and time needed for repairs; orders supplies as needed.
• Maintains energy management to optimize operating costs.
• Maintains lighting systems and performs related electrical tasks.
• Performs welding, carpentry, and locksmith tasks as needed.
• Responds to emergencies and provides timely support.
