Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform maintenance across retail sites in the DFW area. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs, with a company vehicle, tools, fuel card, and a branded uniform provided.

Responsibilities include overseeing mechanical and control systems, reviewing inspections, managing work orders, and ensuring safety and compliance. A strong background in facilities maintenance is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of job-related experience; combination may be considered.
• Universal CFC certification and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Apple products; Service Channel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, and control systems.
• Review building inspections for HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems against design specs.
• Manage time, estimate completion, and identify materials for repairs.
• Maintain truck stock inventory and perform preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
