Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Technician to support a portfolio of retail locations, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and building systems, and ensuring uptime in open-for-business facilities.

You will respond to service calls with urgency, work across healthcare sites, and coordinate with operations teams to minimize disruption to customers and employees. CBRE provides a company vehicle, credit card, tools and devices for the role, and you start your day from

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1–2 years related experience or equivalent education.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Repair and install building equipment and systems as needed.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials for repairs.
• Support energy management to maximize efficiency.
• Inspect installations for building codes and safety compliance.
• Communicate clearly with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
