Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Mobile Maintenance Technician to support troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on commercial buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, grounds, and equipment across assigned properties.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting, training in HVAC/electrical/mechanical fields, and a valid driver’s license. The role requires responsiveness to emergencies and commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical/vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or related fields.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Basic computing skills with common software (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair buildings and installed systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related equipment).
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Repair finishes (ceiling tiles, door hardware, painting) and perform carpentry as needed.
• Evaluate operations and implement efficiency or cost-saving changes.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests; maintain safety practices.
• Inspect for unsafe conditions and perform preventive maintenance on systems.
• Operate and maintain fire and life safety systems as assigned.
• Use tools and technology (building automation systems, mobile devices) effectively.
• Complete safety trainings and adhere to uniform dress and safety standards.
