Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mobile Facilities Engineer to maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems across client locations. You will support daily operations, preventive maintenance, and emergency responses to ensure reliable building performance.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical work, safety compliance, and collaboration with building teams. A valid driver’s license and EPA Universal certification are required, with opportunities for growth and benefits

Qualifications

Experience in operation, maintenance, and basic repair of HVAC, boilers, heaters, pumps, refrigerant systems, and related equipment.
Knowledgeable in energy management systems and building operation.
Must have valid state driver’s license and EPA Section 608 certification for refrigerants.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repair on facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building components.
Operate and repair boilers, heaters, pumps, valves, and distribution lines.
Conduct facility inspections and report conditions impacting occupancy and operations.
Respond to emergencies; may require light travel between properties.
Maintain stock and inventory control; document and report monthly operations.
Support after-hours or weekend building-related activity as needed.
Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety procedures.
