Job summary

JLL in Indianapolis is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to support operation, inspection, and maintenance of building systems including HVAC/R, electrical, and plumbing. The role partners with Mobile Engineers and Control Systems Technicians to perform defined tasks and respond to on-site needs.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of maintenance experience. On-call shifts and safety compliance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• 1 year of general building repair and maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift 80 lbs. and use ladders up to 30 ft.
• Pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment.
• Perform HVAC/R coil cleaning and kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Minor plumbing repairs.
• Maintain lighting systems and electrical components.
• Be on-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Follow safety procedures and document work performed.
