Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a dedicated maintenance specialist to support 5-6 retail stores across Idaho. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot building systems, and coordinate with clients for exceptional service.

Role requires strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and facilities management. A valid driver’s license is essential, and on-call support may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training a plus.
• Experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical and building systems; HVAC a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Good problem-solving and detail orientation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and dedication to service.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of equipment, buildings, and grounds.
• Inspect and assess maintenance needs and implement solutions.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
• Respond to service requests and complete tasks efficiently.
• Maintain records of maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with team and clients to deliver outstanding service.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
• Provide support for emergencies and on-call duties as needed.
